Sabbakammajahassa bhikkhuno,
Dhunamanassa pure katam rajam.
Amamassa thitassa tadino.
Attho natthi janam lapetave.2-‘The monk who does not make new kamma
And combs out old defilements as they arise
Has reached that meditative state where there remains
no ‘I’ or ‘mine’.
For him mere babbling makes no sense.
Engrossed in silent practice, he is bent.’The occasion for the utterance of this passage was the sight of a monk sitting near the Compassionate One, cross-legged, erect and determined. Undergoing the fruition of his past actions, he was wracked by intense, piercing, gross sensations but due to his constant distinct awareness of impermanence, he did not lose his calm or balance of mind. Indeed these few brief lines of Udana set out the complete technique of Vipassana meditation, the actual way to reach liberation.
Ud 3:1 Kamma (Kamma Sutta)

Humility is not a matter of inferiority or superiority, but a sober and honest accounting of self, confidently accounted.

Knowledge is like a map, Realisation is like actually reaching the Goal. Don’t take Knowledge to BE the Goal, it’s “Temporary” you can forget it based on conscious memory, But Realisation is “Permanent” since its etched in the Heart (emotional part of MIND) forever in the deepest sub-conscious mind.
May all Beings “Realise” Nibbana!!!
